DESIGN & EXPERIENCE

Learn to design a rambling and romantic late summer bridal bouquet (instruction by Clémentine) & statement “portrait” style arrangement (instruction by Tanya) in our new Oh Flora Compote as you play with a bounty of summery garden blooms,  delicate textures, trailing vines and interesting local product.   You'll work with the season's best, while Tanya & Clémentine demonstrate their way of flowers and share the design knowledge they have gained over their years in the floral design industry.  Tanya & Clementine will share their favourite botanics for the season as well as tips and tricks for achieving the look you want in your designs. Tanya will also discuss the importance of creating florals specifically for your portfolio to attract your dream clients.

We will cover a brief overview of our favourite ways to use colour, texture and form to achieve a free & untamed style while remaining intentional to your designs.  
All attendees will have access to a plentiful array of flowers and foliages to create their bouquets and statement pieces with. Attendees will have their work beautifully styled and professionally photographed for their portfolio.

You’ll also have the opportunity to discuss your business or design questions and concerns with Tanya over a Q&A session. Students are encourage to note their questions prior to the workshop to ensure they don’t forget anything on the day! For the days dinning we’ll enjoy a delicious lunch between designs by Peonies Paris and end the day over dinner and rosé at a chic local bistro.

This class is suitable for all design levels.  It is aimed at those mad flower lovers, beginners within the floral world & those wanting to expand and refine their skills, style & portfolio.
To keep things intimate and to maintain a great learning environment, there is a maximum of 8 students for this class. 

The workshop will be taught in English with translation to French available if needed.

INVESTMENT

$1500 AUD
A 50% deposit of $750 AUD is required to hold your place and the remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the workshop date.  

The workshop will be held in Faubourg Saint Denis, Paris. You will receive a detailed email with all information and schedule 3 weeks prior to the class.

Terms and conditions:

  • All payments, including deposit are NOT refundable and can not be refunded for any reason. Please ensure you are able to attend prior to booking this class. We always recommend purchasing insurance.

  • In the unfortunate event you can no longer attend the workshop, you may transfer your place to another person at your own doing - all payments/transfers must be handled privately and will not be in conjunction with Oh Flora Studio. You will need to record with action with Oh Flora Studio.

  •  A minimum of 6 students is needed for the class to commence. Please check with Oh Flora Studio before booking flights, accomodation and travel insurance to ensure the class will go ahead. In the unfortunate event, we do not meet this minimum, all students will receive a full refund. 

  • By attending an Oh Flora Workshop or a workshop where Oh Flora Studio is associated you agree to being photographed or filmed during the workshop for advertising, promotional or social media purposes. If you do not wish to be photographer or filmed, please notify us BEFORE the workshop commences. We will ask you to step out of group photos and let our media team know to avoid capturing you in production. You will still receive images of your work for your portfolio.

  • Travel and accomodation is not provided. Ticket price covers the cost of this one day workshop and its listed inclusions.
