A FLORAL DESIGN, BUSINESS & INSPIRATION FILLED EXPERIENCE OVER 4 DAYS IN BEAUTIFUL IN BYRON BAY
Join Tanya and the Oh Flora team in beautiful Byron Bay for this unique, all inclusive design retreat. Four days and three nights of floral design, creative restoration, fun, friendships, personal and business growth in this inspiring, relaxed beachside location. Together we'll spend this unforgettable time designing dreamy florals, discussing the reality behind establishing and running a profitable floral design business and soak up all the knowledge shared while relaxing and feasting in our own private accommodation that’s just a short walk from Byron town and right by the ocean.
From the very beginnings of Oh Flora through to her now thriving business and recognisable designs, Tanya will share her way of floral design and the knowledge she's gained from her experience in the floral and event industry and answer all your design & business questions - with nothing off limits! She’ll openly discuss her preferred techniques & resources, where she turns for fresh inspiration & the lessons learnt along the way. She will also share her behind the scenes business processes, pricing, proposals, social media and time-saving tips. Attendees will receive a hardcopy of Tanya's real price guide and service information, visual proposal and client agreement.
During the workshop, attendees will have their work beautifully styled and professionally photographed for their portfolio while also having the opportunity to practice styling and photographing their work themselves.
While there’ll be plenty of props and styling items to choose from, attendees are encouraged to bring along a few of their own props to use in styling sessions that they feel are representative of their style, business and would appeal to their ideal client.

INVESTMENT
From $5,200 AUD - $5,600 AUD
(price includes 3.5% processing fee)
We understand this is an investment in yourself, and very much appreciate the sacrifices made to come along. We are offering two options to secure your place:
Full Payment: Secure your place via deposit and get in touch via email to pay the remaining balance.
Payment Plan: 4 x instalments of the total of your ticket. The amount of your deposit and payments will depend on the room type you choose.
Please note, all payments made are non refundable, so please be sure you can attend before purchasing your ticket. Due to the nature of our business, we can not make exceptions, sorry.
Room Types:
Private Room with ensuite, $5600: your own private sanctuary during the retreat with queen bed and private ensuite
Shared Room with ensuite, $5400: Share a room (single beds) and ensuite with just one other
Private Room with shared bathroom, $5300: your own private sanctuary during the retreat with queen bed and private ensuite
Shared Room with shared bathroom, $5200: Share a room (single beds) with just one other and share a (detached) bathroom with one other room of one attendee (3 attendees in total sharing 1 bathroom)

CANCELLATIONS & POSTPONEMENTS
Please note, all payments made are non refundable, so please be sure you can attend before purchasing your ticket.
Due to the nature of our business, we can not make exceptions, sorry. In the unfortunate situation, you are unable to attend, you place can be transferred to another at your own doing. This action needs to be recorded with Oh Flora Studio at least 3 weeks prior to the event due to personalisation of items.
In the event government restrictions or unforeseen private matters (illness, death, acts of God etc) prevent Oh Flora Studio from hosting the retreat, the retreat will be postponed to a later date. In the event we need to cancel entirely, attendees will receive a full refund.
There is a minimum of 8 students needed for the class to be held. In the event, we do not meet this minimum, all students will receive a full refund. All students will be informed at least 60 days prior to workshop start date - please keep this in mind when booking flights, car hire and insurance.
COVID 19
In the event current government restrictions prevent us from hosting the retreat, the retreat will be moved to a later date. If you are unable to attend due to government retreats and border closures, you’ll receive a credit to be used within 18 months of the date you cancel. Please note, government restrictions and border closures to you ONLY reason for a credit to be allocated. If a majority of attendees can not attend due to government restrictions, we may consider moving the date of the event (with notice).
TRAVEL
Travel is not included. We always recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance when travelling abroad. It's also important to check if you may need a visa to access Australia or when in transit (stopovers). Attendees will need to organise and financially cover their own travel including, flights, transfer and/or car hire.
INCLUSIONS & ACCOMMODATION
All meals and beverages, including breakfast, lunch and dinner from Monday afternoon until Thursday morning are included in your ticket price with the exception of Tuesday night dinner. Tuesday’s dinner in not included in the retreat ticket. Attendees are encouraged to organise dinner together or relax at the property.
Three nights accommodation is included in your ticket price. You have the option to choose your room type (if still available) when registering and rooms will be priced accordingly. Rooms will be given to attendees on a first come basis. All room at the boutique property are different in style, images shown are the general aesthetic and do not represent the exact room you will be assigned.
Attendees will be staying in two large houses on the property - that are part of the hotel. Each house will be stocked with basics like tea, coffee, condiments etc. We will provide snacks and non alcoholic beverages outside of retreat class hours and there is a cafe nearby the property should you wish for something else. The Bower a 15 min walk into town (approx.).
Transport will be provided for activities during the workshop to and from the hotel.
ROOM RESTRICTIONS
We welcome everybody! Men are more than welcome to attend our retreats, however, please note, male attendees are required to book a private room and can not be accommodated in a shared room unless sharing with another male.
Each ticket is valid for ONE attendee/guest ONLY. Due to the nature of the retreat, the goal of a relaxed stay for all, shared communal spaces and to maintain a comfortable and focused environment, we are unable to allow additional guests, partners or children in rooms during the retreat.
We suggest booking a couple of days before or after to spend time with loved ones in beautiful Byron. We want you to get the absolute most out of our time together, working on you, your goals and designs and making new
