Introducing: Oh Flora School
After years of dreaming and thinking about it, months of planning, a month of filming, and weeks of getting into the final details, we finally launch Oh Flora School a few weeks ago!
Online education has been on my mind for literally years (and requested often) but it never really felt like the right time to put it in action. With a decision late last year that we wouldn’t be going ahead with our annual Oh Flora Retreat for 2024 - I just felt it was the right call this year, hoping to get back to it next year - and the fact that we likely wouldn’t be heading overseas this year, I thought 2024 might be the right year to get the ball rolling on Oh Flora School… and wow, what a fun, rewarding and challenging project it has been!
The interest and love for Oh Flora School has been amazing! After over 10 years in the floral and event industry it has been so exciting and fulfilling to tick off a long term goal like this one!
So, what is Oh Flora School?
Oh Flora School is a collection of online classes for florists of all experience levels. All classes are, of course, taught using foam-free methods and versatile techniques. Sustainability and seasonality is a main focus for sourcing, designing and mechanics. We’ve got everything from bouquets, centrepieces, and the basics of flower care through to garden style installations and floral photography.

How many classes are there & how much are they?
Currently we have 11 classes that start at $40 AUD, and you can buy either individually or as a bundle (where you’ll save $$). Afterpay in also available.
What’s included in each class?
Each class includes both a visual beautiful video with step by step instructions and a downloadable PDF with additional notes, resources and supply list for the class
Who is Oh Flora School for?
Whether you’re completely new to flowers, have been dabbling in them for years, or are experience but want to learn new, sustainable techniques and installations, there’s a class (or bundle!) for you.
