The same event was duplicated & executed flawlessly in both Sydney & Melbourne by the insane talent of Studio Messa. Both these events were only 6 days apart and I must say, this was the BIGGEST travel & logistics job (in Melbourne) we've ever done!

The day started off with excitement as the Oh Flora team unloaded buckets upon buckets of local blooms and foraged foliages and branches. Light flooded into the open studio space as we waited for the eager attendees to arrive. Soon they poured into space and were greeted by personalised goodies and an array of bright florals to create with.

It's been almost two weeks since my last post... I really really have to be harder on myself about getting these up more frequently, so please feel free to give me a push! BUT I have been oh so busy. I turned 26 last week, and in my life, every year is a big party year... ha! I just REALLY love parties, and so I've been busy celebrating.

If you follow me on Instagram, you might have seen that I recently travelled to the Skagit Valley, WA in the USA to be part of Team Floret. What an honour it was to help teach an incredible group of eager to learn, flower loving souls!
(This is my second year as part of the team, and third time visiting Floret - I was an attendee in 2015 at the Wildflowers Workshop).
So I was about to clean my studio yesterday morning and then a bucket of leftover blooms caught my eye... and so here we are! I excused it as practice with my blogging and photo skills, which is true - however my studio is still a big mess right now! Gotta get onto that asap.

Wow! What Wow! What is going on?! Two posts in three days? .. I know, I'm trying very hard to make a habit of this 'blogging' to share my most favourite snaps and some of the places I love to travel. But for the most part, I'm encouraging myself to do this is for my own self improvement. I really like to write and take photos, but I don't think I'm all that good at it - So here I am trying to better myself. Here's to hopes (and doings) that I'll keep it up! is going on?! Last month, I headed to Mexico for just over a week! I know it seems kinda crazy to go that far for such a short period of time, and yes I used to think the same (and still kinda do), but in recent times I've learnt to try not to care about things like flight costs and the time spend in transit for a short trip if you really want to do something, and this was something I REALLY wanted to do!
